As part of the ETI Team, CCS collaborated with JSP stakeholders to develop the initial assessment of the requirements for establishing an Enterprise Configuration Management (ECfM) program for JSP. The ETi team initially performed Configuration Management (PM) planning activities, by defining PM and ancillary processes, and identifying configuration items (CIs) to be managed and monitored. The ETI Team successfully accomplished this by performing current-state assessments and environmental mappings of technology and processes that enabled mission capabilities across the organization migrating into the JSP Infrastructure.
Develop, promulgate and implement NGB strategy, planning guidance, and policy related to current and future plans. Provides NGB with transformational and strategic initiative plans and support. Prepares NG joint strategies, plans, documents, and studies. Initiates and maintain intergovernmental/interagency coordination. Advocates and provides coordination for NGB interface for all new concepts and transformational policy.
Responsible for information technology (IT) networking, hardware, firmware, application software, operating system software, and database management systems (DBMS) tuning systems, applications and databases for performance, troubleshooting systems with complex interfaces integrated in multi-layered networks, information Assurance (IA) and IT Security and capable of designing and implementing user authorization, credential examination, and system access monitoring and intrusion/penetration alert notification fault tolerant system implementation utilizing Storage Area Networks (SAN) and industry standard failover software applications and techniques
Supports the development of program acquisition documentation including but not limited to, Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy, Procurement Requests (PRs), Performance Work Statement (PWS). Provide analysis to diverse teams concerning the acquisition process. Participates in meetings and support specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Provides analysis to Program Managers, CORs, Contractor employees regarding the Acquisition Life Cycle. Provides analysis for the Milestone reviews and JPEO-CBRND Contracting DirectorateProvides GEOINT, HUMINT, All-Source and CI reports to current JPEO operations. Also provided a national level database administrator. Directs IBD requirements and prepare IBD Supplemental Weapons System Reviews and Execution Orders and also serve as lead action officers for anti-terrorism and force protection, actively involved with Expeditionary Mission Support group (EMSG), Physical Security Equipment Action Group (PSEAG), IBD initiatives, and AATFB
